Happy Sunday, y’all! I’ve had a fun morning filming and editing a new video for my YouTube channel. This was my second choice for thumbnail, and I think it’s too hilarious not to use somewhere.
It’s been a strange week for me as I’ve been sick and my moods have been all over the place, but fortunately, I’m feeling better now. I actually have more energy now than when I was experiencing the worse of my oxcarbazepine withdrawal.
From this point on, I’m going to be doing my weekly wrap-ups through my YouTube channel, but of course, I’ll continue to link them here. Keep scrolling for my favorite links of this week!
Check out these links:
- It’s never too early to teach your children about science! Book Riot has a great list of science and nature books for you to share with your little ones!
- If you didn’t notice until you woke up and found that some of your clocks were off (which is how I found out), the clocks moved forward an hour this morning. Luckily, MindBodyGreen has you covered with this short meditation to get you back on track.
- March is Women’s History Month, and Well+Good has an interesting article on its history and importance.
- Speaking of Women’s History Month, one of my favorite publishers, Tor.com, has a free anthology you can download, full of short stories written by prominent female authors such as Seanan McGuire, Charlie Jane Anders, and Nisi Shawl.
- Do you have insomnia? This article from Read It Forward about how one person used reading to help them fall asleep at night might be useful for you!
- Finally, Marie over at Drizzle & Hurricane Books has a very relatable list of annoying things about books. All of us bookworms can agree with at least one of her points!
I’m a content creator & book blogger as well! My latest blog post is here: https://readandreview2016.wordpress.com/2020/03/09/book-review-the-deep-by-alma-katsu/ 🙂
